VCF Femenino’s coaching staff for the 2021-22 season will be led by Andrea Esteban as first-team head coach, alongside her Carlos Durà as assistant coach, Carlos Navarro as fitness coach, Pablo Moreno as goalkeeping coach, Carlos Pérez as analyst, Toni Cuadrado as strength and conditioning coach, Juan Carlos and Víctor Sebastià as physiotherapists and Marta Álvarez as pitch delegate.
